Brazil's Tudo E Jazz Festival Honors Lady Day

The eighth annual Tudo E Jazz Festival in Ouro Preto, Minais Gerais, Brazil will pay tribute to Billie Holiday during the event's Sept. 18-20 run. The international Holiday tribute will be held on Sept. 19 and it features Oded Lev-Ari directing the Lady Day All-Star Band. Guest singers will include Madeleine Peyroux and Brazilian vocalist Mart'Nalia. More than 70 musicians will take part in the festival, including Anat Cohen, Marcus Strickland and Lionel Loueke.
